What is a Guard?

Guards are users of SRM-Sentry. They use the system to ensure Patrols, Visitors and Incident Reporting is performed on their assigned site (Sites). |
Why do I need them?
Guards are needed to log in to SRM-Sentry. They are needed to manage on the ground operations at the Sites that you manage.
Creating a Guard
Guards can only be created on the Managerial View . They are created in the same way as other Personnel.
Editing a Guard
Guards can be edited the same way as other Personnel.
Archiving
Guards can be archived via editing the personnel. Archiving a guard will prevent them from logging in, and from being assigned tasks and incident reports.
