Personnel
What are Personnel?
Personnel are individuals that belong to your company that you wish to log in and use one of the Security Risk Manager Applications:

Types of Personnel
Why do I need them?
You will need:
Account holders to manage the SRM account
Responders to use SRM-Responder
Guards to use SRM-Sentry
All the other roles are optional and there to assist you in managing your day-to-day operations.
Creating Personnel
Account Holders cannot be created except by contacting support@securityrisk.com. All accounts can only have one active account holder.
Managers and Supervisors can be created by the Account Holder on the https://securityrisk.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SHD/pages/682786881
Supervisors, Responders, and Guards can be created by the Account Holder and Managers on the https://securityrisk.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SHD/pages/678887754
Go to the Managerial or Account View
Select the Personnel tab
Click the Add button
Fill in the mandatory information (marked with an '*')
5. Qualifications are used to allow your personnel to use assets in your company. Simply select the category, asset type and the duration where the qualification is valid from to allow them to be assigned assets that require a qualification.
Qualifications are for types of assets so if your personnel is qualified to use your Range Rovers then they can use all of the individual Range Rovers. Manage your asset qualification requirements in the https://securityrisk.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SHD/pages/659784376 panels.
Managers and Supervisors can be set to be Responders allowing them to access SRM-Responder. This will impact your subscription (https://securityrisk.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SHD/pages/659784428)
6. Hit the save button!
If you create a Manager, Supervisor, or Responder, the person will receive an email to set up their SRM account.
You should now see your newly created Personnel in the list and they can now sign in.
Editing Personnel
Personnel are edited from the Personnel Detail panel.
Go to the Managerial View or Account View
Open the Personnel Tab
Select the Personnel you wish to edit
4. Select the edit button on the detail panel
5. Change the fields you wish to update
6. Hit the save button!
Archiving
Archiving allows you to remove the Personnel from use. It will prevent them from signing in and using the system.
