Simplified Incident Reporting

What is simplified incident reporting?

 

Simplified Incident Reporting is available in https://securityrisk.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SHD/pages/682983431 and https://securityrisk.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SHD/pages/682983458 and is designed to get reports into the system so that they can be reviewed and elaborated on.

Why do I need it?

This allows https://securityrisk.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SHD/pages/659784445 and https://securityrisk.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SHD/pages/665845907 to add reports on events they see so that your personnel can validate, verify and elaborate on the information to help keep people aware and safe in the region.

Creating an Incident in SRM-Customer

A Customer logged into SRM-Customer can create incidents.

  1. From the Newsfeed select '+'

 

2. Add at least 1 image or an audio file

3. Select a Category

4. Add an optional description

5. Submit

You will now see the incident report in the https://securityrisk.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SHD/pages/665846089 of your personnel.

Creating an Incident in SRM-Sentry

A Guard logged into SRM-Sentry can create incidents.

  1. Select the Incident Reporting button

 

2. Add at least 1 image or an audio file

 

3. Select a Category

4. Add an optional description

 

5. Submit

You will now see the incident report in the https://securityrisk.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SHD/pages/665846089 of your personnel.
