What is an Account Holder?

The account holder is the user in charge of maintaining the companies SRM Account. They manage the company and subscription. They use https://securityrisk.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SHD/pages/675250500 to perform their tasks.

Why do I need them?

A Security Risk Manager account cannot exist without an account holder.

Creating an Account Holder

Account holders can only be created by Security Risk. You can request to have one created by registering for an account, or by contacting support@securityrisk.com.

Editing an Account Holder

You can only edit the profile of an account holder by logging in as the account holder and managing their profile (https://securityrisk.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SHD/pages/667582555).

Archiving

Account Holders cannot be archived except by requesting the subscription to be cancelled, or by contacting support@securityrisk.com.
