What is a Visitor?

A Visitor is any individual who wishes to enter a Site (https://securityrisk.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SHD/pages/665845897) that has visitor management enabled.

Why do I need them?

The owner of the https://securityrisk.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SHD/pages/665845897 may request your company to provide it. Otherwise it is completely optional

Setting up visitor management for a site can be done when creating or editing https://securityrisk.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SHD/pages/665845897.

Simply set up the site policy by selecting Manage Visitors.

Only https://securityrisk.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SHD/pages/659784445 assigned to the Site can access Visitor Management for that site.

2. Select '+' to add a new visitor, fill in the required information

You can conduct a quick sign in by selecting from a previous visitor, scan a QR code presented in a SRM mobile app or a physical badge generated from https://securityrisk.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SHD/pages/675250500 (coming soon).

3. Hit Sign in! The visitor is now shown in the list of visitors for the site.

Only https://securityrisk.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SHD/pages/659784445 assigned to the Site can access Visitor Management for that site.

2. Select the visitor

You can search by name if there are too many visitors to easily locate the one you want.

3. Hit Sign out and confirm! The visitor is now removed from the list of visitors for the site.

SRM-Sentry will be able to access the visitors in a list from the mobile application.

Select the Visitor tab to see all the visitors that are currently on a managed site (not signed out)
