What is my Profile?

 

A profile is a set of information which represents you, allows other users to identify you and allows the system to contact you.

 

Why should I keep it up to date?

To ensure you don’t miss notifications, important calls from your colleagues and to ensure proper auditing.

Responders and Guards cannot edit their profiles and will need to be edited in the https://securityrisk.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SHD/pages/659587354 panel.

To edit your profile:

  1. log in to https://securityrisk.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SHD/pages/675250500

  2. Click on your profile picture

  3. Select the edit button on the detail panel

4. Update the details you wish to change.

You cannot change your email address in the system. Please contact support@securityrisk.com if you need to change your email.

5. Hit the save button!
