Request Emergency Assistance

What is it?

All users of our mobile apps,,, and can access the emergency assistance button if the Company they belong to provides the emergency service (

Why do I need it?

  • To help keep your employees safe.

  • To identify where and when things go wrong.

  • To assist in resource planning when putting employees in dangerous situations.

Your Customers can also call on your responders to assist. Just create them an account (

How do I use it?

  1. Set up your companies Emergency Responses (

  2. Ensure you have that can provide Emergency Response

  3. Log in to any SRM mobile application

  4. Push the Emergency Button:

5. Wait 5 seconds or cancel if you made a mistake


Once the system is in Emergency Mode only the SRM-Portal users can abort it or you will have to wait for the Responder to complete the Emergency Response.

6. Wait for assistance

7. Monitor the progress of your help
