What is it?
All users of our mobile apps https://securityrisk.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SHD/pages/682885139, https://securityrisk.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SHD/pages/682786888, https://securityrisk.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SHD/pages/682983431, and https://securityrisk.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SHD/pages/682983458 can access the emergency assistance button if the Company they belong to provides the emergency service (https://securityrisk.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SHD/pages/665846338).
Why do I need it?
To help keep your employees safe.
To identify where and when things go wrong.
To assist in resource planning when putting employees in dangerous situations.
How do I use it?
Set up your companies Emergency Responses (https://securityrisk.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SHD/pages/665616564)
Ensure you have https://securityrisk.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SHD/pages/665616584 that can provide Emergency Response
Log in to any SRM mobile application
Push the Emergency Button:
5. Wait 5 seconds or cancel if you made a mistake
Once the system is in Emergency Mode only the SRM-Portal users can abort it or you will have to wait for the Responder to complete the Emergency Response.
6. Wait for assistance
7. Monitor the progress of your help
